Method
- Mix all spices together.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat thighs completely dry with paper towels. Toss with oil and all seasonings until evenly coated.
- Arrange in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flip, then cook a further 6–8 minutes.
- Pull when the thickest part reaches 165°F on an instant-read thermometer. Rest 3 minutes, then finish with a squeeze of lemon and chopped parsley.

Pat the thighs completely dry before adding oil and seasoning — surface moisture converts to steam on contact with heat and directly inhibits browning.
