- Microwave the butter and chocolate in a large bowl at 50% power in 30-second bursts, stirring, until mostly melted. Let residual heat finish it.
- Beat the cream cheese smooth in a separate bowl, then whisk it into the warm chocolate until glossy.
- Sift in the powdered sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Stir until fully dissolved, warming 10 seconds more if thick.
- Spread in a parchment-lined 8x8 pan and refrigerate until firm. Cut into 16 squares.
Notes
Oily sheen means you overheated; whisk in a tablespoon or two of room-temperature heavy cream to re-emulsify.
Grainy? The sweetener didn't dissolve — warm 10 seconds and stir longer, or use a powdered allulose blend.
