Ingredients

For the cinnamon chips
  • 8-10 small flour tortillas 6-inch, cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • salt a pinch
For the cream cheese dip
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
  • salt a pinch
For the toppings
  • 1 lb strawberries hulled, leafy tops left on
  • 8 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • orange candy colour
  • 6-8 chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
  • green sprinkles or dyed coconut optional

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Hand mixer
  • Parchment

Method

  1. Toss the sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Brush the tortilla wedges with butter and dip in the mix. Air fry at 350°F for 4 to 6 minutes, shaking once, until crisp and golden. Cool.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla smooth, then beat in the cream until fluffy.
  3. Melt the white chocolate with the orange colour. Dip the pointed end of each strawberry, leaving the leafy top as the 'greens'. Set on parchment to firm.
  4. Spread the dip on a platter, arrange the chips, scatter the cookie 'dirt', and lay the strawberry carrots on top with green sprinkles.

Notes

Cool the chips fully — they crisp as they sit.
Dry the strawberries before dipping or the chocolate seizes.
Assemble just before serving so the chips stay crisp.
