Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons fine sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard powder (optional, for tang)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or coconut sugar (optional, balances savory flavors)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, great for air-fried foods)
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk powder or whole milk powder (optional, adds creamy ranch flavor)

Method
 

  1. Measure and combine: Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl. If using buttermilk powder, include it; if you want a dairy-free base, leave it out.
  2. Mix thoroughly: Whisk until everything looks evenly combined. Break up any clumps, especially in the powders.
  3. Grind for a finer texture (optional): For air fryer use, pulse the mix in a spice grinder or blender 3–5 times. A finer mix sticks better to food.
  4. Taste and adjust: Pinch a little between your fingers and taste. Add more salt, dill, or pepper to match your preference.
  5. Store properly: Transfer to an airtight jar. Label with the date and whether it contains dairy.
