- Slice the roll slab horizontally into a top and bottom sheet without separating. Set the bottom on parchment cut to fit. Layer cheese, then a generous layer of ham, then more cheese, then the top.
- Stir the melted butter with the Dijon, Worcestershire, onion powder, and honey. Brush generously over the top and into the seams. Sprinkle with seeds.
- Preheat to 320°F. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, until the tops are deep golden and crisp and the cheese has melted. Cover loosely with foil if browning fast.
- Cool 3 minutes, then cut into individual sliders.
Notes
Keep the rolls connected — assemble and cut as a slab.
Cheese above and below the ham anchors everything.
Loose foil if the tops darken before the cheese melts.
